It's already November 23rd where did the days go!?

I'm just sitting here thinking where did my days go? I have been working for Central Valley High School in the special ed. department and I love it but when I get home i'm exausted but that is a good thing. So much is going on and i'm feeling over whelmed! I have 3 more days of work and then i'm done for the month so I can get my house in order for christmas.
Ashley is now in drivers ed and has a permit to drive look out on the roads here! Just kidding she is a very good driver I took her out yesterday and she is better than I thought she would be.
Thanksgiving was so nice we did nothing...well I still cooked and Bob watched football but it was what we wanted to do and that was nice for a change, I have to tell you my cooking was terrible this year I just dont' know what I did but maybe it was that turkey that I got at Walmart that was so dry or maybe it was that I cooked it on 350 for 6 hours i'm sure it was the combination of it all was not good so I made a meal and then dumped it out and even my pies they looked good but for some reason they didn't taste that good maybe I wasn't in the mood for that. But hey now it's Christmas in a couple of weeks so I looked through all the adds and couldn't find anything to go out there for at 4am! What the heck! So I am just sitting here having some coffee and thinking about my day that I want to get alot done around here for decorating for the christmas holiday, the girls will love that Ialso have some christmas presents for the grandkids and my daughter and her husband that I have to get wrapped and sent off this next week as they live in Tennessee.

Funerals....

today we travel to the Tri-Cities to go to my aunt Audrey's funeral...she was one of 17 children and man was she bossy! But loved her for all that she did for people I remember her for her laugh it's still in my head today as I reflect and remember her. There is one thing that I noticed as I get older, I love to go to funerals and see all my aunts and uncles that can make it and ALL there children it sorta gives everyone a chance to pay there respects and then we have a big get together and visit with one another and of course there is always food! So I can't wait to see and visit some people and the girls are going with us yes, Bob is going also. My God bless her soul she did help tons of people and she will truly be missed.





We had soccer this weekend and wow it's already getting cold here in Spokane! That makes me sad I would of liked to of seen a longer fall as I love it when the cooler evenings start and the trees start to turn there many colors and the pumpkins start appearing on every ones entry ways with scarecrows and bales of hay, but best of all it's the smell of pumpkin spice that also smells like fall to me.
